A Fully Owned E-commerce Platform, Zero Monthly Fees

A fragrance brand needed to sell online without recurring platform costs eating their margin. We built them a custom store they own outright — tailored to their products, pricing model, and growth plans.

Scent BrigadeE-commerce / Fragrance 2026

The Challenge

Hosted e-commerce platforms charged monthly fees plus commissions that scaled painfully with growth.
Template stores couldn't represent the brand's premium fragrance positioning.
The founders wanted full ownership of their platform and customer data.

Our Solution

Designed and built a custom e-commerce platform tailored to their catalog and pricing model.
No monthly platform fees — the business owns its store, code, and customer relationships.
Architecture built to scale with their growth plans rather than against them.

The Outcome

Zero recurring platform costs — margin stays with the brand.

A storefront that reflects the brand instead of a template.

Full ownership of platform and data, with room to grow.
